Store Policy

Orders

All pieces are handmade with care. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Prices are listed in NZD.

Ready-made pieces ship within 2-5 business days. Custom journals (including personalisation) require 5-10 business days to create.

Shipping

Tracked shipping is provided for all orders. Delivery times vary by location. Goodly is not responsible for courier or custom delays.

Custom and Personalised Pieces

Each custom and personalised journal is uniquely yours- all custom orders are final.

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Damages

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can make it right.

Material

Our journals are crafted from genuine leather. Natural variations and markings are part of their character- no two pieces are the same.
